I have a passion for helping women create the life they want, going from busy and overwhelmed to fulfilled and at peace.  I love to do this in a variety of ways whether through my online course, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga classes, online group coaching, 1:1 coaching either in person or online, or through individual psychotherapy.  Having walked this path myself, it is exciting to companion women in their own journeys towards living their ideal life.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), certified in EMDR, am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (200 E-RYT) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), am a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F), and an Acudetox Specialist (ADS). I earned my Masters in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and the College of St. Catherine in 2005. In April 2016 I completed the Trauma Center at JRI's Trauma Sensitive Yoga certification program becoming a TCTSY-F. I completed my initial EMDR training in 2014 with John Hartung, becoming EMDR certified in January 2018. I became a certified Acudetox Specialist in April 2018, offering the NADA protocol for five-point ear acupuncutre. In June 2019, I completed my Level One IFS training for a deeper understanding of this useful protocol.  I have practiced within the social services field with a focus in mental health since 2000. I have worked with a variety of populations including military members and their families as well as civilian children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of concerns ranging from mental health issues to substance use problems to stage of life difficulties, among others. Additionally, I have worked in a variety of settings including private practice, community mental health, Army Medicine - Behavioral Health Department, schools, a county mental health agency, a halfway house, and at a University where I was an adjunct professor.

In additional to my online coaching and course offerings, I am a psychotherapist in private practice.  To get a better feel of how I show up as a provider, check out my website for my psychotherapy business at https://www.pathwaystowellnessllc.com/.
