I have a passion for helping women create the life they want, going from busy and overwhelmed to fulfilled and at peace. I love to do this in a variety of ways whether through my online course, consulting, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga classes, online coaching, through individual psychotherapy in my private practice, or through my latest programs Beyond Nursing Burnout and Resilient Nurses, Satisfied Patients. Having walked this path myself, it is exciting to companion women in their own journeys towards living their ideal life.
