Meet Jen Barnes

I have a passion for empowering women live fully and freely - embracing the way they want life to be instead of living and being the ways they are expected to.
Having been busy, overwhelmed, burned out, and unfulfilled both in my first career as an actuarial analyst and during a stint in community mental health, I love to help women find their way out of the life of "busy" and into a life that has meaning and fullness.
I enjoy doing this in a variety of ways whether through my online courses, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga classes, virtual coaching, consulting with business and agencies, or through individual psychotherapy.  Having walked this path myself, it is exciting to companion women in their own journeys towards living their ideal life.  For more information about me and my credentials click here.
